Hello, I'm Juliana

Yoga has been my way of finding stillness — now I bring it to you.

I'm a certified yoga instructor based in Austin with a deep love for helping people feel grounded, present, and connected to the moment — especially during life's biggest celebrations.

Below is a little of how I found my way to the mat, the way I teach, and the heart behind Bridal Glow Yoga.

My Story

How I found my way to the mat

My yoga journey began at Penn State, where I received individual instruction from the highly experienced teacher Christine DeHart. Her guidance introduced me to the depth of the practice and laid the foundation for my lifelong relationship with yoga.

I later completed my teacher training in New Jersey under Dorota Ellington, a Bikram-influenced instructor whose warmth, wisdom, and ability to cultivate a calm, welcoming environment continue to inspire me. Following her passing, I carried those lessons forward as I developed my own teaching practice.

I went on to teach at a vinyasa studio under the mentorship of Claudia Fejko, deepening my understanding of mindful movement, breathwork, and creative sequencing. Upon moving to Austin, I immersed myself in the discipline of Ashtanga yoga before ultimately returning to vinyasa, where I found the balance of structure, freedom, and self-expression that resonates most with me. Today, I teach at CorePower Yoga in Austin, where I continue to grow as an instructor and share the practice with my community.

Why Bridal Glow Yoga

Where it all began

The idea for Bridal Glow Yoga came from watching the people I love get swept up in the beautiful chaos of their wedding weekends. Amid the timelines and the to-do lists, there was rarely a moment carved out simply to pause and feel it all.

So I created one. I bring the studio to you — mats, bolsters, music, and a calm, guided flow — wherever your group is gathered. It's a chance for a bride and her people to ground, breathe, and glow before everything that comes next.

That's the whole heart of it: a little stillness, made just for your celebration.

My Philosophy

What I bring to every celebration

Presence

A wedding weekend moves fast. A shared practice is permission to be fully here, together.

Inclusivity

Every level, every body. The practice meets your group exactly where it is.

Ease

I bring all the props and handle setup. You simply arrive and unwind.
